1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MeiggsMedia LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of all websites, services, affiliate programs, content, and products operated by MeiggsMedia LLC, including all current and future properties, domains, and services owned or operated by MeiggsMedia LLC.
By using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.
2. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our websites. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any changes, you must immediately discontinue use of all MeiggsMedia LLC services.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using our services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
4. How We Make Money and Third-Party Offers
MeiggsMedia LLC operates advertising-supported websites. We may earn compensation when you click a link, submit an application, open an account, or buy a product or service featured on our sites. That compensation may take the form of advertising fees, referral fees, commissions, or flat fees, and it may be paid to us directly or through third parties. Content that is sponsored or paid placement is identified where required.
Compensation may influence which products we feature and where and how they appear. It does not change any of the following, which you should assume in every case:
- We are not a bank, lender, broker, insurer, investment adviser, tax adviser, or financial planner. We do not originate, approve, underwrite, or service any product.
- We do not cover every available product, provider, or offer, and nothing on our sites is a complete survey of the market.
- Rates, bonuses, fees, terms, eligibility criteria, and availability are set by the third party, change frequently, and may differ by state, device, channel, or applicant. The terms the provider presents to you control.
- Any figures, rankings, ratings, scores, or comparisons we publish are our own editorial opinion as of the date published, and may be out of date when you read them.
- Your application, account, purchase, and any dispute about it are between you and the third party. We are not a party to that relationship and have no authority over it.
Verify every material term directly with the provider before you apply or spend money. We disclaim responsibility for any decision you make based on information found on our sites.
5. Independent Contractor Relationship
If you participate in any MeiggsMedia LLC affiliate program or partnership:
- You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of MeiggsMedia LLC
- You are solely responsible for all taxes, insurance, licenses, and compliance with applicable laws
- You are not entitled to any employee benefits, including but not limited to health insurance, retirement benefits, unemployment compensation, or workers’ compensation
- You have no authority to bind MeiggsMedia LLC or make commitments on our behalf
- You are responsible for your own business expenses and equipment
6. Affiliate Program Terms
6.1 General Terms
Participation in the MeiggsMedia LLC Affiliate Program is subject to approval. We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our sole discretion, for any reason or no reason, without explanation.
6.2 No Guaranteed Income
6.3 Payment Terms
- Payments are made on Net 30 terms (30 days after the end of the month in which commissions were earned)
- Minimum payout threshold may apply
- We reserve the right to withhold payment if we suspect fraud, violations of these Terms, or any suspicious activity
- We reserve the right to claw back any payments made in error or obtained through fraudulent means
- Payment methods and timing may change at our discretion
- You are responsible for providing accurate payment information
6.4 Promotional Requirements and Restrictions
When promoting MeiggsMedia LLC offers or services, you agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws, including FTC disclosure requirements
- Clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship
- Not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about products or services
- Not guarantee specific results or earnings to end users
- Not use spam, deceptive marketing, or unethical promotional methods
- Not bid on our brand names or trademarked terms in paid advertising (unless explicitly authorized)
- Not use our logos or trademarks without written permission
- Follow the rules and guidelines of every platform or community where you promote
6.5 Termination of Affiliate Relationship
We may terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include but are not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent activity or suspicious behavior
- Poor quality traffic or low conversion rates
- Damage to our brand or reputation
- Inactivity for an extended period
- Any reason we deem appropriate in our sole discretion
Upon termination, you must immediately cease all promotional activities and remove all affiliate links. Any unpaid commissions at the time of termination may be forfeited.
7. Professional Services and Listings
7.1 Services Engagements
We offer consulting, coaching, advisory, and related professional services. No engagement exists unless we and you sign a separate written agreement. Nothing on our websites, in a form submission, in an email exchange, or in a conversation creates one. Where a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls for that engagement only.
Services are informational and strategic and are provided on a best-efforts basis. We do not provide legal, accounting, tax, investment, insurance, or licensed financial advice, and nothing we deliver substitutes for a licensed professional in your jurisdiction. Fees are quoted per engagement and are due as stated in the applicable proposal or invoice. Once work has begun, fees are non-refundable unless the signed agreement says otherwise. Deliverables are licensed to you for your own use; we retain ownership of the underlying methods, templates, frameworks, and know-how used to produce them, and we remain free to provide similar services to others, including others in your industry.
7.2 Website, Domain and Asset Listings
From time to time we list websites, domains, or other digital assets as available for sale or transfer. Any such listing is an invitation to inquire, not an offer capable of acceptance. It creates no obligation for us to sell, to keep the listing up, to respond to an inquiry, or to deal exclusively with any prospective buyer, and we may withdraw, change, or re-price a listing at any time.
Any figures, performance data, or projections we share about an asset are estimates prepared from our own records, may depend on third-party reporting we do not control, and are provided for preliminary evaluation only. They are not audited, not warranted, and not a prediction of future performance. Prospective buyers are responsible for their own due diligence. Every sale or transfer is subject to a separate signed purchase agreement, and the representations, warranties, and disclaimers in that agreement control over anything said, shown, or sent during discussions.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality on MeiggsMedia LLC websites and services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and designs, are owned by MeiggsMedia LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our content
- Use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without written permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology
- Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices
- Frame or mirror any content from our websites
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access our services
9. Copyright Complaints
We respect copyright and respond to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512. If you believe material on one of our websites infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to the email address in the Contact Information section with the subject line “DMCA Notice.” Your notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing and the URL where it appears
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
We may remove or disable access to material we believe in good faith to be infringing, and we may do so without prior notice. If you believe your material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in either a notice or a counter-notice can expose you to liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). We may terminate access for repeat infringers.
10. Submitted Content
We may accept guest articles, pitches, testimonials, comments, survey responses, and other material. We are not obligated to review, publish, keep publishing, or return anything you send. Anything you send on your own initiative is unsolicited, and we do not agree to hold it in confidence.
By submitting content to us or to any of our websites, you represent that it is your original work or that you hold every right needed to grant the license below, that it is accurate and not misleading, that it does not infringe anyone’s rights, and that you have disclosed in writing any payment, affiliation, or interest that applicable advertising rules would require to be disclosed. You grant MeiggsMedia LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display that content in any medium, with or without attribution, including in marketing. We may edit, re-title, add or remove links, monetize, or delete submitted content at our discretion.
You agree not to:
- Post false, inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Submit content that is paid, sponsored, or placed on behalf of another party without telling us in writing before publication
- Present automated, scraped, or machine-generated text as original reporting or first-hand experience
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others
- Harass, threaten, defame, or harm others
- Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or copy our content, data, or images at scale, or use them to train a machine-learning model, without our prior written permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data, or probe or test them for vulnerabilities
- Interfere with or disrupt our websites or services
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate us or anyone associated with us
11. Third-Party Links and Services
Our websites and services may contain links to third-party websites, advertisers, affiliate offers, and services that are not owned or controlled by MeiggsMedia LLC. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
12. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
12.1 No Warranties
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEIGGSMEDIA LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our services
- Any conduct or content of any third party
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12.3 Financial and Tax Disclaimers
Information provided on MeiggsMedia LLC websites is for informational and educational purposes only and should not be construed as financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. We are not financial advisors, accountants, or attorneys. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.
12.4 No Guarantee of Earnings or Results
Nothing on our websites, in our emails, in our programs, or in any service we provide is a promise or guarantee of income, savings, approval, conversions, rankings, traffic, or any other result. Any earnings figure, case study, testimonial, screenshot, or example we publish reflects one specific situation, is not typical, and should not be treated as what you can expect. Your results depend on your own effort, skill, judgment, market conditions, and factors outside our control. You are solely responsible for your own financial, business, tax, and legal decisions.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MeiggsMedia LLC, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
- Your promotional activities as an affiliate
- Any content you submit, post, or transmit
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Any claims made by third parties related to your actions
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Informal Resolution First
Before starting an arbitration or any other proceeding, you agree to send us written notice of the dispute at the email address in the Contact Information section, describing the claim and the relief you seek, and to give us sixty (60) days to resolve it informally. This step is a condition precedent to arbitration. If the dispute is not resolved within that period, either party may proceed under Section 14.2.
14.2 Binding Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, or your use of MeiggsMedia LLC services, shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association’s Commercial Arbitration Rules.
The arbitration shall take place in Fairfax County, Virginia, or remotely via video conference. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.
14.3 Class Action Waiver
YOU AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION OR CLAIM SHALL BE CONDUCTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A CLASS ACTION, CONSOLIDATED ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
14.4 Jury Trial Waiver
To the extent arbitration does not apply, you and MeiggsMedia LLC each waive the right to trial by jury.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding (if not subject to arbitration) shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
16. Privacy and Data
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to collect, use, and share data in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.
17. Suspension of Access
We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any website, service, program, or feature, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice, and we may block or restrict access to it for any lawful reason, including a violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, abusive or automated use, conduct that creates risk for us or for others, or non-payment. Where you hold an account, credential, or affiliate relationship with us, we may suspend or close it on the same basis; termination of an affiliate relationship is governed by Section 6.5.
We have no obligation to preserve or return content, data, or history after access ends, and we are not liable to you for any loss arising from a suspension, closure, or discontinuation. Amounts you already owe us remain payable, and the provisions of these Terms intended to survive continue to apply.
18. Force Majeure
MeiggsMedia LLC shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and MeiggsMedia LLC regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
21. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of MeiggsMedia LLC.
22. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. We may freely assign these Terms without restriction. These Terms shall bind and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
23. Survival
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, limitations of liability, dispute resolution, and arbitration provisions.
